The hotel for this tour has a strict reservation schedule due to high demand in the area. Deposits need to be made by June 9th to confirm we have enough people to make this tour take place.
Early Bird Discount if signed up before May 11, 2025. $25.00 Per Person will be deducted from your final payment.
$100.00 per person is due to reserve your seat; the balance is due July 9, 2025. Your reservation is guaranteed when the deposit is made.
Deposits are non refundable after June 9th, and full payment is non-refundable after July 9th. A $30.00 per transaction refund fee will be applied if you cancel before June 9th. All monies will be refunded if we don’t have enough people to make this trip take place.

6:00 AM - Please meet at Frederick Community College (Conference Center),7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702 for a 6:30 departure.
9:00 - 11:45 - Arrive at James Madison's Montpelier Historic Site, 11407 Constitution Hwy, Orange, VA 22960.
12:45 - 2:30 PM - Lunch at Michie Tavern, 683 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy, Charlottesville, VA 22902.
3:00 - 4:30 - James Monroe's Highland, 2050 James Monroe Pkwy, Charlottesville, VA 22902.
5:00 - Check into the Holiday Inn Express, 870 Pantops Corner Way, Charlottesville, VA 22911.
5:45 - Depart for dinner (on your own) and shopping at Charlottesville Historic Downtown Mall.
Return to the hotel for the evening.
